In-house expertise is often able to recommend design alternatives to facilitate manufacturing or field assembly, easily visualized and verified using the latest in 3D modelling such as Tekla structures and AutoCAD inventor.

WELD REPAIR SERVICES
Lopes’ typical repair process:
- A visual analysis is performed by our CWB certified weld inspector
- Lopes provides a written report with repair recommendations
- Customers respond with written approval to proceed with repairs, confirming the weld testing procedures and analysis needed to verify the quality of welds used in the repair.
- Proceed with repairs and use Visual Inspection or as additional option, use Liquid Penetrant or Magnetic Particle methods and if required, Radiography may be performed.
- Lopes performs the repairs, creates a report and delivers to the customer
